Orders and dispatch

  1. All prices provided are net prices and do not include VAT.

  2. Each transaction is confirmed by a VAT invoice attached to the shipment.

  3. Orders are taken 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  4. Order processing and dispatch takes place from Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.

  5. Goods that are in stock will be dispatched within 48 hours from receiving the payment. If you choose to pay on delivery the same rule applies.
     
  6. The cash on delivery option is only available for domestic customers.

  7. If any of the goods ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately via e-mail or by phone.

  8. The customers are requested to pay for their purchases, once they receive order confirmation from our employee.

  9. Minimum order value for customers: domestic - must exceed PLN 500 net, foreign - must exceed PLN 2,000 net.

  10. Goods are delivered by GLS parcel delivery company.

  11. Additional VAT invoices for the delivery costs are attached to all orders.

  12. Shipping costs for international orders are covered by the customer.

  13. Orders from Germany - there is an order for collection and settlement of goods transport to Germany on the client's side.

  14. The maximum weight of each parcel is 30kg.

  15. If the order goes beyond the weight limit, the goods will be packaged into extra parcels (the  shipping cost of which will be added).
